Scope and technical data
The website has no registration form of its own or medical questionnaire. During a visit, the hosting provider or server may process an IP address, request date and time, URL, user-agent and technical security logs. The purposes are operation, security, error diagnosis and infrastructure protection. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and stable website, balanced against individuals’ rights.
Contact by email, telephone or WhatsApp
If you voluntarily contact ArTani, the information you provide may be processed to answer your enquiry, arrange an appointment and manage communication before or after a service. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps or performing the relationship you request and, where applicable, your consent. Email marketing is not currently implemented on the site, and consent for that purpose is not requested.
Booking through Reservio
Selecting a booking button takes you to the external Reservio service, where the booking is made. Information entered there is also subject to Reservio’s privacy policy and terms.
Google Reviews
Google Places reviews do not load automatically. Only after your explicit action does the browser request data from ArTani’s backend, which retrieves public reviews through Google Places API. The API key is not sent to the browser. The Places request runs between servers; it does not transmit the visitor’s IP as if the visitor were calling the API directly. ArTani does not store review data in localStorage, a database or a persistent cache. Reviews remain Google Maps content. If the browser loads Google-hosted author photographs while displaying reviews, that direct load may disclose technical data to the provider.
Google Maps
The Google Maps iframe does not load until you select View map. That click explicitly requests third-party content. Once loaded, Google may process technical browser or device data and use cookies or other technologies under its own privacy policy. Permission to display the map is separate from the website’s analytics preference.
Social links and external services
Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp are provided as links, without social widgets, Meta Pixel, Facebook Pixel or embedded feeds. Meta scripts do not load before you follow a link. The external service’s policies apply when you visit it.
Hosting and recipients
Hostinger provides web hosting and technical infrastructure. Technical website data may be processed by ArTani’s contracted hosting provider (Hostinger), under the applicable contractual terms. External services you choose to use may process the data needed for their services. Data may also be disclosed where legally required.
International transfers
Some external technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, the mechanisms and safeguards required by the GDPR and the relevant provider’s contractual terms must apply.
Retention
Technical data is retained for the time technically necessary and in accordance with the hosting provider’s configuration and applicable obligations. Messages and enquiries are retained as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations. Consent preferences remain valid for the 12 months described in the cookie policy. GA4 is not enabled; its data retention will be described according to its actual configuration before activation.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing and exercise portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Write to artanispa@gmail.com. Optional analytics
